If we´re missing any product, we´ll let you know by e-mail when we´ll have it available.
The order will be shipped once we receive the payment. Payments can be done by credit card or wire transfer.
If you´ve ordered a wrong size you can send it back and we´ll replace it with the correct size in the 15-day period from delivery, provided that the product is in good condition and has not been used. Shipment cost will be charged.
If you receive any defective product or not corresponding with the order, Waterproof will take care of the extra shipments. New products will be sent once previously sent are received.
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently modify the website without notice.
