3.- PURPOSE.-
The purpose of the data processing is exclusively to manage the legal and/or administrative procedures relating to this professional office. To that effect:
The personal data that will be processed will be collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, as required by the purpose limitation principle, contained on the GDPR.
Such personal data shall be kept for the term established by circumstances such as the end of the corresponding legal or administrative procedures.
The termination of the service provision relationship of the data controller with the customer for any of the reasons defined on the agreement signed between the parties or contemplated by law will also result in the termination of the processing of the customer's personal data by the data controller in charge of the processing being terminated.
No automated decisions, including profiling, are carried out as a part of the processing of personal data by this company, since these decisions are not contemplated by law for this type of processing nor are required in this regard.
Duty of data retention: This company will keep the data of data subjects for as long as the agreement between the two parties is in force. Moreover, data subjects may have a copy of the relevant agreements and attached documentation for their own purposes, including those resulting from possible circumstances inherent to the processing of their data by the data controller.
LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING.-
The processing of the personal data of the company’s customers shall be determined, as the case may be, by the execution of the agreement, pursuant to the legal obligation or the consent of the data subject by virtue of the terms of the GDPR.
In any case, the nature, scope and limits of the agreement shall be agreed upon with the customer, with express reference to the rights customers are entitled to for data protection purposes. Customers may invoke these rights at any time during the term of the agreement executed between the parties.
RECIPIENTS.-
No data shall be transferred or disclosed to third parties, except by legal request or express consent of the customer under the terms of the GDPR.
If the data controller had to engage a qualified third party to provide the service in question, they shall first require the consent of the customer according to the GDPR. If authorised by the customer, they will disclose their data to the given third party solely for the processing authorised, which shall be documented by way of an agreement.
RIGHTS.- (sections 15 et seq. of the GDPR)
Pursuant to the provisions of sections 15 to 21, both inclusive, of the GDPR, customers are entitled to:
Request access to their data processed by the data controller.
Request their modification or erasure.
Request to limit the processing of their data.
Oppose to the processing, according to the cases established on the GDPR.
Request the portability of their data.
Withdraw consent at any time, if it was granted for a specific purpose, (without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal).
Once the request has been made by the data subject, who may contact the data controller through the means available (see section DATA CONTROLLER), the data controller will answer the request within the deadlines defined on the GDPR (which cannot exceed one month).
Furthermore, the data controller will inform the data subject that they can file a claim before the competent Supervisory Authority regarding personal data protection, especially if they have failed to obtain satisfaction concerning the exercise of their rights.

Users shall be held liable, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided.
